Body Composition Analysis
We offer body composition analyses through our InBody machine in the practice.
BMI is notoriously impacted by muscle mass, water weight, and other factors, which make it not as useful to understand exactly the opportunities for improvement.
Our InBody test will give you a printed report with details on how you can optimize your body composition.
Whether you are an athlete looking to gain muscle, or the average person looking to trend how your efforts are paying off, this can help you set your goals. Bring it to your trainer, your dietician, or just show it off to your friends!

Methylation Testing
We offer methylation testing through our partners at Genova diagnostics.
Methylation is a key process in the body that has multiple functions, one of which is activating and turning off certain genes.
Our consultation and test can help you understand your methylation patterns and whether there is room for improvement. While this is a well-used test in the Naturopathic space, we are happy to offer it as part of our Functional Medicine testing.
Often times it helps to understand body processes to make lifestyle changes, or tailor supplements to very specific goals and measure those. Unfortunately, we don’t always have these types of changes studied in double-blinded placebo-controlled trials, so there is a paucity of data, but for many individuals, it has made significant changes positively and benefits to their health.

Micronutrient & Functional Medicine Testing
We have partnered with Vibrant America to provide to provide a comprehensive micronutrient and functional medicine testing. Learn more about all the tests here.
Many times people are taking supplements without knowing exactly what their body needs and the clinical status, or they are going for IV therapy thinking they need certain nutrients. And then there are individuals who are on a medical weight loss program with caloric deficit and it may not obvious if they are missing certain micronutrients.
With this package, we offer an initial history review, we draw the tests and ship them out, and offer a follow-up consultation with recommendations. We are not managing any conditions long-term and will fax over a report to your primary care physician to be able to manage this. If you do not have a primary care physician, we will provide recommendations. We will also provide you recommendations for a Registered Dietician if it may help you review your diet.
