Real change starts with the right support.
Personalized, science-backed health coaching that bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it — with a board-certified coach who works alongside your medical team.
"Food is not just fuel — it's information. Getting the right nutrients, especially protein, changes everything about how you feel, function, and age."
Liz brings a deep passion for nutritional science and the transformative power of food to her coaching practice. With a particular focus on protein's role in metabolism, muscle preservation, blood sugar regulation, and long-term vitality, she helps clients build a relationship with food that works for their real lives.
Her educational background in health and wellness, combined with her NBC-HWC board certification, equips her with evidence-based tools to guide sustainable behavior change — not just short-term fixes. Working closely within the 4 Elements medical team, Liz ensures your coaching goals stay aligned with your clinical care.
More than advice — a partnership for lasting change.
Health coaching goes beyond telling you what to do. It helps you understand your patterns, overcome real-life barriers, and build habits that stick — on your schedule, at your pace, toward your goals.
Personalized to You
No generic meal plans or one-size-fits-all programs. Every session is built around your unique health history, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Food as Medicine
Learn how to use nutrition — especially protein — as a tool for better energy, body composition, blood sugar control, and long-term disease prevention.
Sustainable Habit Change
Using evidence-based behavioral science, Liz helps you identify and shift the patterns that have kept you stuck — and replace them with habits that actually last.
Accountability That Works
Regular check-ins, honest conversations, and consistent follow-through keep you moving forward — even when motivation fades or life gets busy.
Integrated with Your Medical Care
Because Liz works inside the 4 Elements practice, your coaching stays connected to your clinical care — supporting goals set by your physician in real time.
Mind-Body Approach
Stress, sleep, and mental wellness are woven into every coaching conversation — because true health is never just about what you eat or how much you move.
Board certified by the national gold standard.
Not all health coaches are created equal. The NBC-HWC credential from the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching is the most rigorous and respected certification in the field — and it's what sets Liz apart.
