Immigration medical exams, made clearer and easier.
Dr. Kainkaryam and Dr. Rodriguez are designated U.S. Civil Surgeons through USCIS and the page states that, collectively, your physicians have completed over 4,000 immigration exams.
All paperwork must be completed within 1 month of the exam otherwise it will result in an additional exam change as the medical history will need to be updated again to ensure the most accurate information is submitted at the time of the paperwor signature.
A two-part immigration exam process
The first part is identifying the needed items and completing the exam, while the second part is following up on any tests or remaining needs and completing the paperwork. Exams can usually be scheduled in 1–2 days and are often completed in 4–7 days unless abnormal labs delay the process.
Payment method: Credit or debit only.
A straightforward path from exam to sealed paperwork.
Book your exam
Appointments can be booked up to 8 hours before appointment slot.
Bring the required documents
You’ll bring passport, records, vaccine history, translations if needed, and an interpreter if you do not speak English.
Complete follow-up and pickup
Follow-up usually happens within about 4–10 days and paperwork is prepared in a sealed envelope once requirements are complete.

Common test and vaccine costs without insurance.
Below are common immigration-related tests and vaccines, with our pricing compared to typical pricing elsewhere.
Vaccine requirements are determined by USCIS and the CDC based on the applicant’s age. See the official CDC reference here: Vaccine Requirements According to Applicant Age (CDC Civil Surgeon Guidance)
Oral polio vaccine given after 2016 cannot be used unless it specifically says it was trivalent oral polio vaccine.
Helpful insurance information before your visit.
Most insurances do not cover Immigration Exams because they are not considered “medically necessary” and are purely being done for immigration purposes.
We do have cash-based pricing if you choose not to use your insurance for labs. Here are codes your insurance may ask for if you want to know whether they will cover the labs.
These CPT codes are approximate examples. Final CPT codes are ultimately determined by the laboratory performing the testing.
