4 Elements Direct Primary Care is proud to partner with Lucid Diagnostics to bring EsoGuard® Esophageal Cancer Screening to our community.

Esophageal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers when detected early. Screening can identify Barrett’s Esophagus, a precancerous condition that often develops silently and may significantly increase the risk of esophageal cancer if left undetected.

Who Should Consider Screening?

You may be a candidate for screening if you answer YES to 3 or more of the following:

✔ Chronic acid reflux, heartburn, or GERD
✔ Male
✔ Age 50 or older
✔ White race
✔ Current or past tobacco use
✔ Obesity
✔ Family history of Barrett’s Esophagus or esophageal cancer
✔ Firefighter with 10+ years of service

You Do NOT Need Screening If:

❌ You have had an upper endoscopy within the past 5 years
❌ You already have a diagnosis of Barrett’s Esophagus
