During this guided sound bath, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and layered instruments performed live by Owen from The Conduit. To deepen the experience, Dr. Kainkaryam will provide gentle ear (auricular) acupuncture and select facial acupuncture points, thoughtfully placed to support relaxation, stress relief, nervous system balance, and a greater sense of calm.
