Cardiovascular Risk Testing
We have partnered with a highly reputed lab to provide state of the art testing for cardiovascular risk stratification.
Cardiovascular risk isn’t just about getting a lipid profile, but about looking at inflammatory markers, functional markers, as well as nutritional status.
In many other countries, they have a much more robust way of looking at cardiovascular risk than we do here in the US.
This includes:
– obtaining a medical history through a form
– ordering of the test, and a
– 1:1 physician consultation reviewing the results and recommendations you can take back to your PCP and decide if it is appropriate for you.
We are not managing any conditions long-term and will fax over a report to your primary care physician to be able to manage this. If you do not have a primary care physician, we will provide recommendations for them.
Our testing looks at over 24 biomarkers including Lipids, Inflammation, Cholesterol Balance, and Insulin Resistance.

2. Our team members will connect with you on next steps.
3. Complete payment link sent to you along with forms and consents.
4. Get your blood draw in office, through mobile phlebotomy or a designated lab.
5. You will be informed when your lab results are back to schedule online a telehealth visit with your physician of choice at 4 Elements.
6. Recommendations will be sent to you and your PCP after the visit.
