We are not just another “medspa.” We believe in breaking barriers of traditional medspas and incorporating a variety of services. What if you wanted acupuncture for stress while you were getting IV hydration therapy. We can do it. We cater to all genders and audiences. Our practice is intentionally very gender-neutral. We know many guys, for example, may feel uncomfortable walking out of a “medspa” or a “laser hair removal center,” so we like to make sure everyone feels welcome. We don’t upsell just to make a sale. I often tell my own patients NOT to buy a package until they know it works for them. And lastly, we are a Physician-owned and Physician-operated center with an excellent team. We are not a franchise, and believe in focusing on our local communities.
Simple. In accordance to our 4 Elements philosophy in our Direct Primary Care model, we believe it’s okay to take less profit and be able to give more people access to aesthetics. However, we never compromise on quality. Our team is here because we believe in the mission of what we are doing, and we believe if your service and quality is good, and you are honest with what you do, then business with naturally follow. Lead with service, not business.
Our style is more natural. We believe the role of aesthetics is to enhance natural beauty but also to keep it subtle so it is not as noticeable. For some people, that may not be what they are looking for, and that is fine. There are so many aesthetics practitioners and everyone has their own style. We like to be upfront with our area of interest and skill so that you know what you are getting.
